ENGAGEMENT
I provide the utmost transparency to stakeholders, and encourage co-design at the early stage of the project to give them a better understanding of the design process. I focus on achieving a well-defined project scope and roadmap, as well as clarity on the metrics around products over time. I help stakeholders to see the world as customers do, and define positive, engaging and effective user experiences.
RESEARCH
AND UX DESIGN
I lead user experience research programs, and apply the insights I gather, combined with quantifiable metrics, to help organizations make strategy decisions and establish a clear vision for digital products. I help design user interface structures, interactions, and user journeys that satisfy the business, product, and user experience strategy and delivers measurable value to users and to businesses.
TEAM MANGEMENT
AND DEVELOPMENT
I identify the key attributes and core skills to consider in order to build the user experience team, and hire, oversee, and develop direct reports. I focus on soft skills as well as hard skills, and consider the ability to collaborate across disciplines and departments a key attribute to building a team of individuals who can work well together, and raise awareness of the importance of user experience within organisations.
