STRATEGY

Based on a clear understanding of the business objectives I explore and validate new concepts, digital products and features, and identify opportunities to optimise processes to enhance the user experience and promote business growth. I influence the overall digital strategy by identifying and helping prioritise strategic initiatives with the greatest business and user experience impact.

DIGITAL
TRANSFORMATION

With a focus on business productivity and security enhancement as well as on experience optimization, I contribute to the successful delivery of large scale digital transformation initiatives. I help stakeholders to see the world as customers do, and focus on achieving clarity on goals, KPIs and measurement methods to create well-defined project scopes and roadmaps.

TEAM
DEVELOPMENT

I identify the key attributes and core skills to consider in order to build highly effective UX Design teams, and hire, oversee, and develop direct reports. I focus on soft skills as well as hard skills, and consider the ability to collaborate across disciplines and departments a key attribute to building a team that can work well together, add value and raise awareness of UX Design within organisations.

Assisted the Product, Digital Marketing, Circulation and Editorial teams to deliver on specific KPIs and achieve the acquisition and retention strategy objectives.

VIRGIN MEDIA

User Experience Designer
Developed Design Strategy for the TV, Music and Movie Channels of Virgin Media Portal. Helped create Virgin Media TV Channel vision by uncovering key insights on customers segments.

Responsible for User Experience Design and Front-End Development of Incisive Media portfolio of market-leading B2B financial magazines. 

WHAT I DO

A

I have 20+ years of experience in Design Strategy and Digital Transformation and I have been working at BCG for the last four years.
At BCG I'm responsible for influencing the Digital Collaboration product strategy and have contributed to the successful delivery of key large scale digital transformation initiatives.
I have also built and developed the BGG User Experience Team at the initial stage
of the team expansion.
